These terms apply when you use Bankpediaa (the website and community at bankpediaa.net). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bankpediaa.
Who can use Bankpediaa
Bankpediaa is for people who work in or are preparing for a career in banking in India, and retired bankers. You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure.
Your account and profile
- Use your real identity. You may choose a display name, but do not pretend to be another person or organisation.
- Your bank, role and city are private unless you switch them on in your profile.
- The blue tick means we checked your LinkedIn profile against your Bankpediaa profile. We can remove it if the details stop matching.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you allow Bankpediaa to show it inside the community and, for articles you publish, on public article pages, and to keep it in backups. You are responsible for what you post. Follow the community guidelines; in particular, never share customer data, account details or confidential information of your bank.
Membership and batches
- Community membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. The current price is shown on the Membership page before you pay.
- Founding members (the first 100 paying members) keep the price they joined at for as long as their membership stays active.
- Batches are separate one-time purchases with their own schedule and fee.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
- Refunds and cancellation are explained on the refunds page.
Live sessions, recordings and materials
Sessions, recordings, notes and other materials are for your personal learning. Do not record, download, resell or share them outside Bankpediaa. Session content reflects the speaker's views, not those of any bank, regulator or Bankpediaa.
Not professional advice
Discussions, articles and sessions share experience and opinions. They are not legal, financial, tax or official regulatory advice. Always follow your bank's policies and the rules of the Reserve Bank of India and other authorities.
When we may act on an account
We may remove content, mute or deactivate an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines, misuses the platform, or puts other members at risk. Where we reasonably can, we explain why.
Changes and availability
We may change features, prices for new purchases, or these terms. Important changes are announced inside the community before they apply. We work to keep Bankpediaa available but cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bankpediaa is not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on content posted by members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
